Midhurst, Fernhurst and Petworth Branch

Midhurst, Fernhurst & Petworth is the largest of our A&SD Branches in terms of physical geography, and of the local registered electorate including our own Labour Members. It covers the eight electoral Wards of Easebourne, Fernhurst, Fittleworth, Goodwood, Harting, Loxwood, Midhurst, and Petworth. Use the key on the map above to see which areas are covered.

To improve Member communications and accessibility, we aim to hold MFP Branch meetings locally and have our own Executive Committee of Branch Chair, Secretary and other Officers, as well as providing support to the main A&SD CLP Executive Committee. Our Branch Chair, Derek Bilston, is the primary contact for Labour Members resident in the above eight Wards.

Key skills we are looking to build upon locally are campaigning, website content, social media, press communication, party policy, education and training, fund-raising, community liaison, as well as a whole range of organisational and administrative tasks.
